Returns

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.

Items must be unused, unworn, and free of scratches, marks, or damage.

Customized or resized items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges

Exchanges for eligible items can also be requested within 15 days of delivery.

Exchanges are only possible for the same item or a different item of equal value.

Customized or resized items are not eligible for exchanges.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
Defective or Incorrect Items

We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items

Customized, resized, or engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards, final sale items, or personalized orders are also non-returnable.
EU Customer Rights

Customers in the European Union have the right to return products purchased online within 14 days of receiving the item, according to EU consumer law.
